A scientist, a mother, a Nordic life
Dr. Sze (Gwen) is a Malaysian who has called Finland home since 2015. She earned her PhD at the University of Helsinki in the Food Chain and Health doctoral programme, studying how the food we eat shapes our long-term wellbeing.
In Finland she also raised her two children, Heidi and Hayden, weaving simple Nordic health habits into everyday life — including Gefilus probiotics as part of their daily routine. She came to trust these products completely, both as a parent and as a researcher.
In August 2026 Dr. Sze returns to Malaysia — and brings that Nordic way of caring with her. Nordic Nourish is how she shares the products her own family relies on: starting small and honest with three children's chewables, and growing over time into a carefully chosen range of kids' and family health products, imported directly from the Nordics.
